I was suprised to hear the net on today. Conditions have been in and out all day. Thank you for making this newbie feel at home. I just recently acquired this 706mk2g and am still trying to learn the ins and outs of the HF bands.

i have been listening to the graveyard net with a icf-sw-7600 witc is a sony portable for a long time like in years.then i got alittle better of a radio grundig sat 750,and another uprade to a icom r-75 reciever only.. had alot of fun all radios and listened to the graveyard net and others.its really nice to some good folks all over the country check in .thank you for letting me into this great hobby.73s and thanks for the contact

Hi OM's how are you all doing this fine evening?? I'm OK!! My profound apology I listen almost every morning. I don't know If I'm mike shy; yes as a pilot I still am; or just feeling the need to go to my 12 step meeting on time or what. Well I have an 847 feeding barefoot into a G5RVE at 100 watts. The ant. is up almost 11 meters from the front walk. Well I'll be listening in the morning and I will say hello this time.
